Please join us for an afternoon discovering how mindfulness and meditation can help support health and happiness throughout adolescence. In this free program for young people ages 13-17, we will explore how stress is impacting teens and what we can do about it.
This program is facilitated by Sarah Emerson, MA and Head Priest at Stone Creek Zen Center, and Chelsea True, Mindful Schools Certified Instructor and MBSR-T Instructor.
