This workshop is facilitated by Chelsea True. Working with parents is especially dear to Chelsea as her career as a mindfulness educator began with her own family. Along with developing many secular mindfulness programs, Chelsea also serves as the Youth & Family Programs Coordinator for San Francisco Zen Center. She brings more than twenty years of contemplative practice to her work.
