one-on-one Coaching & small group facilitation
We are happy to meet with you, or your small group, and discover how mindfulness, self-care, or stress-reduction strategies might be a support.
Private coaching is available for teachers, parents, and counselors, and also for children, and teens. We are also hapy to help support mindfulness in other envirnoments.
Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes and include creating a plan to meet your unique needs that may include mindfulness and meditation practice, mindful movement, self-care strategies, inquiry or journaling practices, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (& Teachers!), or elements from the Mindful Schools curriculum.
We are able to meet with you in person in Sonoma, Napa, or Marin county or by Zoom.
