Mindfulness Coaching & small group facilitation
Private coaching is available for teachers, parents, and counselors, and also for children, and teens. We are also able to bring mindfulness into your existing group. While working with parents and teachers is our specialty, we are ready to help support mindfulness in any environment.
By learning and practicing mindfulness yourself, you’ll be better equipped to create a mindful classroom, home, or workplace.
Sessions are typically 45-60 minutes and include creating a plan to meet your unique needs that may include mindfulness and meditation practice, mindful movement, self-care strategies, inquiry or journaling practices, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (& Teachers!), or elements from the Mindful Schools curriculum.
We are happy to meet with you, or your small group, and discover how mindfulness, self-care, or stress-reduction strategies might be a support. Consultations and ongoing support can take place in person, in your home or classroom, or by Zoom.
