PRIVATE Sessions & groups

Chelsea is happy to learn about the specific needs of your family or other small group and help you find creative ways of learning and practicing mindfulness together.  Private sessions are also available for adults, children, and teens.  Supporting the path of parenting is especially dear to Chelsea.

Sessions are typically 30-60 minutes and may include guided practice, movement, games, multicultural stories, elements from the Mindful Schools research-based curriculum, and MBSR-T.

Chelsea is able to connect with you in person in Sonoma, Napa, or Marin county, travel for your event, or speak by phone.  Private sessions and small groups are offered on a sliding-scale.
