cultivating compassion in difficult times

Here’s something to strengthen our hearts and minds.  A new, ongoing group — forming now…

This group is rooted in Liberation Psychology and designed for people impacted by current events; people of targeted & marginalized identities; neurodivergent people; artists & creatives; intuitive & highly sensitive people; and people in caring roles, including parents, caregivers, nurses, therapists, hospice workers, doulas, midwives, & teachers.

We’ll explore practices for offering compassion and protective care to ourselves and others; we’ll work with fear and fearlessness, enjoy inspiring poetry & uplifting stories, and find solace in community based in kindness, clarity, and strength.
