CUSTOMIZEd PROGRAMs
support well-being at your school or organzation
All customized programs are mindfulness-based, trauma-informed, grounded in the work of racial, social, and climate justice, and curated to meet the unique needs of your school or organization.
Faculty First: Support school-based clinicians, support staff, and teachers with mindfulness training, psycho-education, restorative practices, anti-racism training, stress-reduction, and self-care. Programs range from a single professional development workshop, to a yearlong, in-depth program.
Parent Support and Education: Help parents learn effective tools for bringing nurturance and mindfulness into the home environment. Parent education could include a single evening workshop or ongoing support.
Whole-School Implementation: This wrap-around program may be the most effective way to bring a nurturance culture to your school community, integrate mindfulness-based practices in culturally relevant ways, and to become a trauma-informed school. Develop school structures and polices that support well-being. Train faculty, staff, students, and parents with ongoing support.
High School Elective: Bring a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T) course to your school. This course could be offered to mixed grades by the quarter or the semester. We recommend offering mindfulness as an optional course. We’ve also had success allowing teachers to participate in the mindfulness elective alongside students.
